Undergraduate accommodation

London is an exciting and creative city to live and study and although moving to a big city can feel daunting we are here to help.

Ravensbourne work with a number of competitive accommodation providers to offer students a home whilst at Ravensbourne.

We can refer students to a variety of accommodation providers including host families, studios and cluster flats as well as Scape Living, who we’ve partnered with to provide stylish accommodation a short walk away from the campus.

Student Homes

Ravensbourne are proud to be part of the Student Homes initiative that connects students directly with properties. This is designed to deliver affordable house-shares to Ravensbourne students and the average weekly rent starts from £145 - £183 per week on a 51 week contract (2016/17 prices).  The scheme works on a first come, first served basis so early booking is advised. We have a very limited number of bed spaces and these are managed by the University of London Housing Service (ULHS) on our behalf. This means that ULHS would be the landlord and whilst a deposit up front is required, there are no costly admin fees.

Please visit the website for more information on the scheme and to view current properties in the Ravensbourne portfolio. They also have a Facebook page called University of London - Student Homes.

Twitter is @UoLStudentHomes

You can also e-mail student.homes@london.ac.uk or call the team on 02076644836 for further details about viewing or booking bed spaces.

Unite at Stratford One

Unite Stratford One

Ravensbourne have an arrangement with Unite at Stratford One to offer a limited number of cluster flats exclusively to our students at a reduced rate.

Prices for 2016/17 started at £209 per week for Ravensbourne students quoting the discount code RAVE16 (£215 per week without the code).

For more information and/or to book, please contact Tom Millard on 0207 421 3468, or via email Thomas.Millard@unite-students.com.  You will not receive this rate if you book through the Unite website.

In order to generate a tenancy agreement, a deposit payment of £250.00 is required, payable via debit or credit card. Bearing in mind all credit transactions will incur a 2% surcharge.

Students can either book over the telephone or request a writable PDF application form. Once the deposit payment has been processed on the Unite booking system, Unite will email a copy of the tenancy agreement to the student. Students will have a period of 14 days in which to return the signed agreement in order to “complete” the booking.  If the tenancy agreement is not returned within 14 days, the booking offer will expire and the deposit will be refunded to the deposit payer’s address in the form of a cheque.

All students with a registered address in the UK can choose to pay their rent in 1,4 or 8 instalments. Students with an address registered outside of the United Kingdom, can pay in 1 or 2 instalments.
