Prototype Your Own Mobile App
6-13 Apr / 10am-4pm
In this workshop you will learn the industry and practice of Mobile Apps. You will also Prototype your own Mobile App using professional industry standard Prototyping tools.
What You Will Learn
- The best way how to find Mobile App ideas.
- You will produce a ‘User Flow / User Journey’ to demonstrate how users will navigate through your Mobile App.
- You will demonstrate how to incorporate the best features and ‘User Interface Elements’ for your Mobile App.
- You will produce a series of ‘Low & High Fidelity’ mock-ups for your Mobile App.
- You will learn how to turn your idea into a fully functioning ‘Mobile App Prototype’ to work on different Mobile Phone Devices.
- You will learn the various monetisation platforms and the best channels to incorporate in your Mobile App
27 Apr - 11 May / 10am-1pm
Learn to take pictures and the best strategies to edit them. Get started on this three-day course and we will show you how to transform your photos with a good composition and positioning of your subject, use lead-in lines and framing. You will learn how to use light to create beautiful images, how to crop them into even better compositions and use your app to improve brightness, colour and contrast, how to apply artistic filters and create amazing collages.
You will finish the course maximising the possibilities of your smartphone, transforming your device into an effective tool to take pictures with a high-quality and understanding how to edit them in order to highlight the results.
Intro to Computers
30 Apr / 6-9pm
During this brand new free taster workshops, you will learn the basics of computers. This will include....
-The basics of computer capabilities
-How to create documents (Word, Excel etc)
-Accessing the internet
-Getting started with email
Intro to Adobe Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator
4-25 May / 10am-3:30pm
On this course you will gain a basic working understanding of the Adobe design software, Illustrator, Indesign and Photoshop.
The three programs will be taught along side each other, maximizing on the crossover between the individual software.
Learners will be guided through the basics of each program, quickly gaining a broad base of skills.
SEO Boost & Social Media For Business
8-29 May / 6-9pm
It might be difficult to attract readers to your website/blog with increased competition from business trying to get to the top of Google or other search engines.
