Tony has worked in large scale, successful practices in the UK, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, and China. He has worked on a wide range of projects from small to large scale such as retail, education, commercial, residential, multi-complex and city master planning. His roles have been predominantly in concept design, consulting, development, and project management. Tony’s last job as a design principal consisted of helping to guide the design team to take a large number of projects to completion.
Tony uses the opportunity of divergent programmes to scrutinise the designed environment and through this he has developed a specific approach to built interventions. He finds analysing the fundamental reasons of architectural actions intriguing, in addition to the aesthetic, spatial and political expression of architecture in relation to its context.
