As society and gender are changing, so is fashion. ‘Agender Me’ is an exploration into how traditional gender signifiers can be utilised to shape genderless clothing today. The project aims to blend female and male stereotypes by extracting signifiers from 50s fashion, when social roles were extremely polarized. This project is an attempt to offer a new way to approach genderless fashion, at a time when genderless often means male.
