Ravensbourne talent shines at one of the summer’s top graduate shows
Adeena Grubb, a 3rd year BA (Hons) Motion Graphics student has been named a design superstar by D&AD New Blood.
The D&AD New Blood event took place at London's Spitalfields Market (30 June – 2 July) and featured the UK’s top design graduates.
Hundreds of exhibitors from over 50 different universities and colleges were in attendance displaying their best work to visiting crowds.
Adeena’s project, titled ‘Horror TV Channel: The Hole’ showcased both her skills and attention to detail.
In addition to having her work showcased at the event the project was hailed as one of the best by D&AD New Blood, who described it as; “Without a doubt, this is one of our favourite projects in the show this year’.
Speaking about her success Adeena said; "I am thrilled to have been named D&AD's best new talent, It makes all my hard work at Ravensbourne seem worthwhile. I am so grateful for the efforts of other students, they have been amazingly supportive and encouraging. Now it is time for me to try and break into the industry and secure a full time job!"
Congratulations on this fantastic achievement.
