Clara Rose earned a Highly Commended position for her video revealing two ‘unconventional’ models (see above video). Judges Stephanie Heart (Documentary Maker and Body Image Activist) and Kathryn Feguson (Film Maker and Curator of the Birds Eye Film Festival) described it as "A clever film that explores the theme of diversity in an unexpected way to challenge stereotypes about age.”

Hand-picked by Caryn, Debra and Erin, Ravensbourne’s Rebecca Chambers received the Co-Founders Award. They described her short message as perfectly summing up the energy of All Walks Beyond the Catwalk‘.

Iain Bromley, Subject Leader for BA (Hons) Fashion Promotion is impressed with all the students involved in this year’s competition, he says, ‘This campaign is important as it not only challenges and questions the ‘norm’ around body image but is also testament that runway is not the only end goal of fashion – what is is getting the public to buy into your brand and buy your clothes.”

This is the second year Ravensbourne has been engaged with The All Walks Campaign, which is in itself an industry-awarded campaign and supported by industry heavies such as Nick Knight / Show Studio, Rankin and Mark Fast.
