Paying your fees

Home students - payment options

Through an Advanced Learner Loan (Home students over 19 years of age).

OR

Full payment on enrolment by: 

• Convera – Please use your student ID/ Reference from formal documentation. 

OR

Payment by Instalments: (available to Home Students only and additional fees may apply)

Instalment options are available for both new and returning students. Payments can be made by: 

• Direct Debit - Please contact [email protected]  to set up a Direct Debit mandate for payment of fees on a termly or monthly basis (no fees apply for this option).
• Credit cards/Debit cards  - via Convera – Please use your student ID/ Reference from formal documentation. 
• Bank Transfers via Convera – Please use your student ID/ Reference from formal documentation. 

International students - Payment options

Payments should be made as directed in formal documentation, such as an offer letter, invoice or statement, if you do not have this information to hand please email [email protected] to request a payment link and include your name and Student ID number.

In all cases payments must be made via Convera or TransferMate , Ravensbourne no longer accepts direct bank transfers.

• Convera – Please use your student ID/ Reference from formal documentation. 
• TransferMate (Foreign Currency Exchange Service) - for those students holding funds in a foreign currency.
