Wearable Futures course leader Alexa Pollmann is set to exhibit new work at the Design Museum London.
Alexa’s work, titled ‘Indivicracy – Dance of the Peregrine’ presents a future nation and reveals their national customs, costumes and dance, rethinking wearable technology of the future. The exhibition is part of the Designer in Residence programme and is taking place from 9th September 2015 until 31st March 2016.
The Designers in Residence scheme enables practising designers, time and space away from their regular environment to reflect, research and consider new ways of developing their practice.
Here’s a glimpse of what you can expect from Alexa’s exhibition.
