What times is the building available for hire?
The building is open from 6.30am until 11pm weekdays and Saturday 9am to 5pm. Events outside these hours are subject to prior agreement.

What is included in the cost of hire?
Each event is different and we provide a bespoke package every time. The rate card costs only include the spaces, depending on the scale of the event there will be additional costs for security, porterage and cleaning.
Do you provide catering?
We have inhouse caterers and a preferred supplier list. We can liaise with them for you or you can contact them directly, whatever is convenient.
Do you provide filming/live streaming/AV support?
Most of the spaces are equipped with projection and sound facilities. For any other requirements we have an external suppliers list, and we can also brief student teams to support your event.
Do you have a cloakroom?
We have limited space for cloakroom facilities, but we can arrange coat rails if necessary
Do you have an alcohol licence?
Yes we do. Alcohol can only be served between 11am - 11pm. We do not have a bar on site but we can arrange mobile bar facilities for your event.
Do you provide wifi?
We have ubiquitous wifi throughout the building. Speed is 30mbps and you can connect to the wireless network 'Rave' through your browser.
