Student Homes

Student Homes Logo

Ravensbourne are proud to be part of the Student Homes initiative that connects students directly with properties.

Affordable house-shares are on offer to Ravensbourne students and the average weekly rent starts from £145 per week on a 51 week contract. The scheme works on a first come, first served basis so early booking is advised.

Ravensbourne have a limited number of bed spaces and these are managed by the University of London Housing Service (ULHS) on our behalf.

ULHS would be the landlord and whilst an immediate deposit is required, there are no costly admin fees.

Please visit the ULHS website for more information on the scheme and to view current properties in the Ravensbourne portfolio.

You can also email or call the team on 02076644836 for further details about viewing or booking bed spaces.

Private accommodation

Ravensbourne are partnered with University London Housing Service (ULHS) to provide our students with access to the housing database to search for accommodation in the private sector, such as flat and house shares.

For further details, please visit the ULHS website and register. Although this site is for students, graduates are also welcome to register and access the database.

Farndale Court

Farndale Court  is close to Woolwich and arranged as a series of cluster flats.

There is a mix of residents at Farndale, including Ravensbourne students and professionals working close by.

We have a great working relationship with Moya, the Residents Manager, who can often offer flexible tenancy lengths.

Global Guardians

Global Guardians offer a host of alternative housing options for students with flexible tenancy and very cheap rents.

Visit their website for details of how to register and the information you need to provide.
