By recognising our rights and responsibilities to each other, we can develop the effective, positive working relationships we need to make the most of our Ravensbourne experience.

Something to add - Positive and negative feedback is taken seriously and is taken to management through student liaison committees and Student Parliament.
We care what our learners think about Ravensbourne. And we believe it's important we're transparent about how we do things.
We take both positive and negative feedback seriously - so our Student Parliament and Student Liaison Committees are there to give you regular opportunities to make yourself heard by our senior managers and find out more about how we are run.
Once a term, course representatives elected by you meet with senior management and the Ravensbourne Students' Union at the Student Parliament to raise any issues you're concerned about.
From how we spend your money to how we can improve our technology, they talk about the issues that are important to you.
They also discuss any action or updates from Student Liaison Committees earlier in the term, where student representatives meet course leaders and senior management to give them your feedback about your course.
